● What is "electronic invoice"? I received the goods, why didn’t the invoices be attached together?
According to the Ministry of Finance Order No. 1020002795 "Key Points for Implementation of Electronic Invoices", we will proactively issue electronic invoices after the transaction is completed, instead of directly mailing paper invoices. And send an invoice issuance notification letter to you by Email to prove. Electronic invoices will also be uploaded to the integrated service platform for retention within the time limit. Consumers can use the Ministry of Finance's electronic invoice integrated service platform to check consumption records.
● Can the invoice specify a date or a specific product name?
Invoices are automatically issued in a systematic manner. Therefore, the product name on the invoice will be issued based on the actual product name ordered. Please do not specify other product names or specify the date of issuance. If you have special needs, please contact customer service.
● Can the invoice be issued with a uniform number when making payment?
can. If your invoice needs to be issued with a uniform number, please fill it in when filling in the order information. Remind you that once an invoice with a company's uniform number is issued, it cannot be reissued as an individual account invoice or changed to another company's uniform number.
