Return, exchange and refund terms
1. The buyer agrees to meet the following return conditions in order to apply for return and refund in accordance with this return clause
2. The product has not been received, or within seven calendar days after obtaining the product
3. Maintain the original unopened packaging
4. The product does not match the ordered item
5. Website shopping enjoys a 7-day hesitation period. For products that meet the return conditions, please apply for return within seven calendar days from the date of obtaining the product. Please note that the hesitation period is not a trial period, please maintain the integrity of the package and maintain the new product status.
6. The returned product must be returned in the original unopened packaging. All products, including but not limited to any product body, warranty card, consumables, manuals, parts, and accessories delivered with the product, must be packaged
7. In the unopened original packaging, if the goods or packaging are damaged due to other reasons attributable to the buyer, it may affect the buyer's right to return the goods.
8. After we receive your return, we will count the products and confirm the returned items before we can make a refund. If the product has signs of use or is worn out, it will be depreciated and refunded based on its use.
9. We will refund your original payment method. We can only refund to a bank account in Taiwan, and the name of the bank account must match the name/information of the payer.
10. Please note that Atom 3D Printer does not provide returns or refunds for the following products: including but not limited to glass platform, 3D printing wire, Teflon oil, SD card, power supply, power transformer.
11. If the original order does not reach the free shipping order threshold due to partial returns, the shipping cost must be made up.
