Warranty terms for standard parts



● Products with warranty service provided by our company are accompanied by a warranty card or warranty certificate.
● Starting from the date of shipment, products that meet the warranty terms have a one-year warranty period. The warranty terms are parts warranty, excluding man-made damage, and not applicable to consumable products and parts (*Note).
● To apply for parts warranty for Atom 3D printing products, you must contact the original purchase channel (including but not limited to the original manufacturer, electronic channel, distributor, agent or physical channel, the following will be referred to as the original purchase channel). The warranty will be provided by the original purchase channel service.
● During the warranty period, if there is a defect in the manufacturing process or material of this product, the original purchase channel is obliged to repair it free of charge. In the event of an unrepairable situation, the channel must replace parts free of charge. If the original part is discontinued, the same grade or better standard parts can be provided instead .
● If the warranty card and warranty certificate are lost or damaged, it is difficult to provide warranty service.
● When there is a dispute over the determination of the shipping date, please show proof of purchase (paper or electronic invoice). If the purchase date cannot be proved, the warranty start date will be the original factory delivery date plus 7 days.
● Due to the manufacturing process, the LCD panel cannot guarantee 100% no bright or dark spots, and no guarantee is provided for no bright or dark spots on the panel. The LCD panel will be worn out due to usage time (such as brightness changes), and this loss is not covered by the warranty.
● If the parts are damaged after the warranty period expires, the consumer must bear the parts and repair service fees. If the consumer cannot accept the repair price, the original purchase channel may not accept the repair.
● If the parts are damaged after the warranty period expires, or the damage is not within the scope of the warranty, and the consumer decides not to repair it after inspection, each product needs to be charged a test fee, and the channel has the right to decide whether to repair the obsolete or discontinued product.
● This warranty clause only applies to the hardware parts contained in the "product". It does not include technical assistance for the use of hardware or software, nor does it include any software products contained in the "Product".
● The protection scope of this warranty clause does not include failures caused by any factors other than the product's own defects, including but not limited to the following conditions:
A. Natural disasters, earthquakes, lightning strikes and other accidents.
B. Misuse/abuse/use negligence (such as cracked LCD panel, liquid penetration, moisture, or failure to follow the instructions for use, etc.).
C. Appearance damage.
D. Repairs, modifications, disassembly and assembly performed by personnel not authorized by the original factory.
● After inspection by the original purchase channel, the "product" itself does not have any faults or defects. If the abnormal phenomenon is caused by other accessories, products, related or peripheral devices connected to the "product", this warranty does not apply.
● The company has the final decision and right to modify the terms of service.
*Note the definition of "consumable products": consumable products include but are not limited to nozzles, Teflon tubes, glass platforms, belts, outer packaging materials, printing wires, normal wear and tear or loss of paper manuals.

Product maintenance precautions



Packaging and shipping

● Before sending the abnormal parts back, please be sure to contact the technical customer service online to inform your problem. After confirming that it needs to be sent back for testing, please attach the contact information and send it back.
● Please pack the abnormal parts properly to prevent collision and damage during transportation.
● During the transportation, the risk of loss or damage to the product will be borne by you. In order to minimize accidents during transportation, it is recommended that you use registered mail or a more secure logistics company.
● Please mark the serial number of the machine (with your serial number on the warranty card) in an obvious position on the outer package before sending
● When foreign customers send back repaired products, in order to avoid import duties and other taxes, please indicate that the product is repaired on the invoice and packing list, which can also facilitate customs clearance.
● In order to speed up the repair process, after the repaired product is sent, send the date, item and tracking number to the customer service mailbox.

Repair product inspection

● The inspector will inspect the product according to the description in the email. If it is confirmed that there is no fault, we will charge 300 yuan for the inspection fee and the return shipping fee for the product found to be faultless. To

● All inspections are completed within 3~5 working days after the items are received, and the customer is informed of the inspection status and the time required for repairs.
● The maintenance personnel will repair the fault condition described by the customer, and test to confirm that the repaired product can operate normally.

Definition of payment fees

● The product is bad on arrival (DOA): Atom will replace it with a new product as soon as possible based on the inventory status, and Atom will bear the shipping cost.
● The product is still under the warranty (RMA): enjoy the warranty service of free repair, the warranty content does not include the shipping fee, the shipping fee for returning the repair is borne by the customer, and the shipping shipping fee for the completion of the repair is borne by Atom.
● The product is out of warranty:
Including but not limited to the following conditions, consumers will bear the return shipping and actual maintenance costs. (Such as maintenance hours and parts costs, etc.)
A. DOA, RMA, but damage caused by human negligence.
B. Products that have exceeded the warranty period.
C. Consumable products that do not apply to the warranty clause, including but not limited to nozzles, Teflon tubes, glass platforms, belts, outer packaging materials, printing wires, paper manuals, normal wear and tear or loss. To
